With the support of several Central African NGOs working on the rights of persons with disabilities in CAR, preparation in Bangui of a shadow report for the examination of CAR's respect of its legal obligations with regards to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR, United Nations Geneva, March 2020).
